As a privately owned company, COS is able to commit to environmental responsibility like few others in our Industry. We have a wide range of environmentally friendly products and ongoing strategies in place to reduce our environmental impact.

In 2017, COS completed a $1M solar panel project throughout our Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. The installed panels now provide 80% of the power required to run these operations.

Every order you place with COS contributes to the $1 million donated each year to Australian charities through the Lyone Foundation.

Each year our employees select new charities that make a difference and impact in our communities to receive financial help and hope for Australians in need. We also provide ongoing funding to an early childhood development program for Indigenous children in Far North Queensland.

In 2014, after a Supply Nation introduction, COS formed a partnership with Muru Group, a unique national and wholly indigenous owned office supplier.

Profits from the sale of Muru range go back into funding Indigenous education and employment programs. Closing the Gap, One Step at a Time describes one such program in Far North Queensland, providing literacy and numeracy support to 150 local residents.

Muru are one of several Indigenous suppliers available through COS, allowing Australian government agencies to confidently achieve their INdigenous procurement aspirations.
